Penn State Harrisburg

The Capital Times is a student run and student funded newspaper publication on Penn State Harrisburg's campus. The hope is that we are the voice of the student body on campus and can communicate issues to students in an accurate and timely manner. Our efforts to communicate with students reach past the newspaper and online to our blog, Facebook and Twitter.
